The Baymont offers excellent business amenities, including a spacious conference center perfect for meetings and efficient complimentary wireless internet access. The staff was highly professional and attentive, ensuring all my work needs were met promptly. Breakfast was a highlight with a good selection of items including fresh baked goods and bottomless coffee, setting a positive tone for the day.
The hotel could use some renovations.

The staff was super friendly and helped with everything! 😊 However, the hotel really needs some updates, it's showing its age. Still enjoyed my stay overall.

The local grub around South Haven is a treasure! Big Boy Restaurants is just a short stroll away, and their salads are crisp and refreshing—perfect for a summer day. The overall cleanliness of the room contributed to a cozy stay. The staff was super attentive, making us feel welcomed.
The breakfast setup left a bit to be desired—where are the biscuits and gravy? Maybe mix it up next time with something more than just muffins and waffles. On another note, the lack of a working fridge made snacking a challenge.

Had a wonderful stay in a cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds! We loved the pool and hot tub for some much-needed relaxation after a long drive. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little more space for towels, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on Aug 15friendly staffwell-stocked breakfastdated decorcleanliness issuespoor shower drainage
The friendly and efficient staff contributed positively to the experience, and the hot tub and indoor pool provided a nice way to relax. However, the dated decor in the room detracted from the overall atmosphere, and cleanliness was an issue, with visible smear marks on mirrors and a shower that didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was standard but well-stocked, which was appreciated.

I really enjoyed the surprisingly well-stocked breakfast and the comfy bed made our stay worthwhile, though the size difference of the beds from what's advertised was disappointing. I'd stay again!

pleasant stay with few drawbacks
The location made exploring the area easy and stress-free, just a short drive from attractions. Staff members were courteous and ensured everything was up to standard, especially during breakfast when supplies were fresh and plentiful.
The only downside was the room could use a bit more soundproofing.
